SHIPPING POLICY

We ship our packages out via FedEx. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. Orders require 1-3  business days for delivery after it ships depending on its destination. Shipping confirmation and tracking are available via email as soon as your order ships.

EXPREES SHIPPING

All express shipments are processed by 5 pm PST. Once an express shipment is placed please contact info@naturalsoapz.com to verify we have received your request.

ORDERS

Natural Soapz is not responsible for any fees (customs fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery. We do not refund shipping charges for orders returned.

OUR RETURN POLICY

We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best Products. The items must be mailed for an exchange in their original condition. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition. The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unused, and undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included for a store credit. If you want to exchange an item you will need to email us at info@naturalsoapz.com.

With limited exceptions, returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Natural Soapz gift card.

 

Natural Soapz does not issue store credits for the original shipping charges.

 

We do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
